Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between extracting and deleting pages?
You select pages in both. Extract keeps the selected pages in a new file; Delete removes them and keeps the rest. Same precision, opposite outcome.
Can I extract pages into separate files?
Yes. Choose the separate-files option and you'll get one PDF per selected page, bundled in a ZIP download.
Do extracted pages keep their original numbering?
Extracted pages keep their content and layout exactly, and the new document is renumbered from 1. Use Add Page Numbers to stamp original positions if you need them.
Does extraction affect the original PDF?
No. The original file on your device is never modified — extraction builds a separate new document.
Is there a limit on how many pages I can extract?
No limit. Extract two pages or two hundred — your browser handles it all locally.
Are extracted files watermarked or limited?
No. No watermarks, no signup, no daily quota — the pages come out exactly as they went in.
