How to organize PDF pages in 3 steps

See every page at a glance, then drag, rotate, and delete until the document reads exactly the way you want.

1

Open your PDF

Drop the file in the box above. Thumbnails for every page appear in seconds — rendered on your device.

2

Arrange the pages

Drag thumbnails into a new order, rotate the ones that scan in sideways, and delete what you don't need.

3

Save and download

Click Save. The restructured PDF is rebuilt in your browser and downloads instantly.

Why organize PDFs with AmiPDF

A true what-you-see-is-what-you-get page editor that never touches a server.

Private by design

Processing happens entirely inside your browser. Nothing is uploaded, stored, or shared — ever.

No signup, no watermark

No account, no email, no limits. Your output comes out exactly as your files went in.

Visual page grid

Work on real thumbnails instead of page numbers — spot the page you want at a glance, not by counting.

Works on any device

The same fast experience on Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, and iOS — no installation.

When to organize PDF pages

Fix the messy realities of scanned documents: pages in the wrong order, a few saved sideways, and that one blank sheet the scanner insisted on adding.

Organizing happens entirely in your browser, so reshuffling sensitive paperwork — IDs, contracts, medical records — keeps it strictly on your machine.

Frequently asked questions

Can I reorder pages by dragging?

Yes. Grab any thumbnail and drop it where the page should go. The rest shift automatically; repeat as many times as you like.

Can I rotate just some pages?

Yes, each thumbnail has its own rotate control. Rotate individual pages by 90° steps without affecting the rest of the document.

Does deleting pages reduce the file quality?

No. Remaining pages are copied exactly as they were — text, fonts, images, and links are untouched.

Is there a page limit for large documents?

No fixed limit. Documents of several hundred pages work; the grid just scrolls. Very large scans depend on your device memory.

Can I combine organizing with splitting?

Yes — delete the pages you don't want here, then run the result through Split PDF if you still need separate files.

Are my pages uploaded anywhere?

No. Thumbnails and the rebuilt PDF are both generated locally in your browser. Nothing leaves your device at any point.
